Our team is passionate about helping children develop healthy dental habits and enjoy their visits to the dentist. Each member of our staff is trained in pediatric care and goes above and beyond to make your child feel safe and comfortable

Dr. Randy received his DMD degree from MUSC (Medical University of South Carolina) in 1996. He then completed his two-year residency at Children’s Hospital Medical Center in Cincinnati, Ohio.

He is board certified by The American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry. He and his wife Cullan are the proud parents of Robert and Callie. His favorite thing about being a pediatric dentist is developing relationships with children who are initially fearful and watching them learn to love healthy dental habits and look forward to coming to the practice.

Hi everyone! My name is Dr. Juliette Mann(Dr. Jules), and I am a board certified Pediatric Dentist. I completed my residency training here in Charleston at MUSC, but I am originally from the Pacific Northwest. I graduated from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine where I was honored in community oral health and pediatric dentistry.

My partner, Mo, is an Interventional Radiology fellow at MUSC, and we recently got engaged! We live downtown with our sweet and feisty orange tabby cat, Morty! We have loved making Charleston our home, and on the weekends, you’ll find us at the beach playing pickleball or exploring new restaurants.

My passion is showing kids that the dentist's office can be a fun and exciting experience, which is why I am so excited to be a part of Dr. Randy’s amazing team and dental family. I can’t wait to meet each and every one of you. See you soon!

Hi, I'm Terry and I joined Dr. Randy's team in October 2017. I love my job at the front desk. I have been in dentistry for almost 20 years but this was my first chance to work with kids. Some of my favorite things about working at Dr. Randy's are the smiles on these little faces when they get stickers, tattoos and pencils.

I also love the excitement they have as they leave after having a wonderful experience.  I have found my "forever" job and love the amazing ladies I get to work side by side with everyday. In my spare time I enjoy thrifting, planting flowers and hanging out with my son, Jacob and our 2 dogs, Bentley & Max.

Hi, my name is Janet. I am one of the smiling faces you will see behind the front desk during your visit. Before finding my new home at Dr. Randy's, I taught elementary school for 28 years. I am so happy to spend my retirement with all of the amazing patients, their families and the staff here.

Hi, I'm Chelsi. I've worked at the front desk for 4 years. Engaging and giving warm welcomes to patients brings me joy. I am so happy to be a part of Dr. Randy's team. Some of my favorite things to do are spending time with my family, reading devotionals and traveling.

Hi, I'm Ally! I recently graduated from the College of Charleston where I studied healthcare and medical services management. I have always had a passion for dentistry and children, so being able to combine those passions has been so much fun! My favorite part has been seeing the kids come in unsure about the dentist and then seeing them after the appointment not wanting to leave because they have had so much fun. I also enjoy spending my time doing photography, traveling, and playing with my puppy.

Hello, my name is Brooke, and I'm a Charleston native. I began working in the dental field in 2015 when I graduated summa cum laude with a Dental Hygiene degree. In 2021 I received advanced training in multiple lasers to assist with patient care. It is my goal as a hygienist to make sure that each experience is fun and positive I love what I do, and I try to use that passion to bolster their confidence and motivate my patients. I strive to help them and their parents understand the essentials for building good dental health that will last their lifetime! In my free time I enjoy cooking, painting, reading, travelling, spending time with family, friends, and my sweet pup.

Hi, I’m Sarah! I studied at the Medical College of Georgia where I received my Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene; I also graduated magna cum laude. I have an MBA in Healthcare Management, and I worked as a Dental Assistant and Pharmacy Technician before attending hygiene school. Also, I have been in the Air Force Reserve here in Charleston for 4 years!  

I have been with Dr. Randy since 2017, and I love working with kids! It is so rewarding to help them get over their fears and teach good oral hygiene that will set them up for a lifetime of good oral health. They are also the most honest and say the most funny things! In my spare time I love to travel to different parts of the world and eat all the food. When I’m not traveling, I love being outside with my 2-year-old girl “Ryn” and 3 dogs.

Hi, I’m Carlie! I was raised in Charleston. I graduated from Trident Technical College in 2016 with my degree in Dental Hygiene. Soon after beginning my career, I joined Dr. Randy's team. I love working for Dr. Randy; pediatric dentistry has my heart! It’s rewarding teaching kids how to take care of their teeth and that the dentist can be a fun place! In 2023, I stepped away from my full-time hygiene position to raise my son, but enjoy filling in as-needed. I also lead the marketing for the office, so I'm mainly behind the scenes managing our social media, the raffles/contests, Candy Buy Back, etc. 

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my husband and 3-year-old son and infant daughter.

Denisha has been such a great addition to our team with many years of dental experience! She’s a Charleston native and graduated from Trident Technical College as a Expanded Duty Dental Assistant in 2012. She really works hard at ensuring that patients are comfortable in the dental chair and instructs patients on proper dental hygiene. She loves helping children have healthier smiles. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her siblings and being a fun/loving “aunty”, staying active, and traveling.

Hi! I’m Emily and I am one of Dr. Randy’s Dental Assistants! I moved from New York to Charleston in 2019 and have been working for Dr. Randy since graduating as an Expanded Duty Dental Assistant in 2020! Working with kids and helping them to have a positive experience is the most rewarding part of this job! In my free time I love traveling, reading and being active with my dog!

Hi, I’m Stacey. I am from Kingstree, SC. I attended the College of Charleston, where I received my Bachelor of Science degree in Public Health while playing golf on the women’s golf team. Go Cougs! I joined the dental world as an assistant in August 2022. I love teeth, and I love how confident a nice, healthy smile makes people feel. I joined Dr. Randy’s team in April 2024.

My goal is to help kids feel comfortable and change the mindset of not wanting to go to the dentist. I want to make going to the dentist fun! In my spare time, you will more than likely find me on a golf course. I love the game of golf and all the nice courses Charleston has to offer. I also enjoy hanging out with friends and family, having a nice pool or beach day, and cheering on the Gamecocks!

Hi, I'm Hannah! I am originally from Maryland, but moved to South Carolina at the beginning of 2024. When I'm not working, I like to spend my time with friends and family, watching movies and going to the beach. My favorite part of working with Dr. Randy is getting to work with kids and hearing all of the fun things they have to say!
